How can you check penalty points online?

It picks the right town for me, but the road names are completely wrong, nowhere near me! Still quite amusing ruse though :)
 
Can't you take a laptop and connect it to the camera in question using a serial modem cable to check for yourself? Sort of remember something similar in Independence Day so if it works with an alien ships it's bound to work with a human made speed camera.
 
Totally forgot about this thread. It's been over a month now and surprisingly I didn't get caught. Speedo was massively over reading then lol :p
