I've just got my new computer running, it shows both hard drives in the BIOS but in "my computer" it only shows one.
How come my 2nd HD isn't showing?

Right, i've followed your instructions and it shows the HD with windows on and another one that isn't partitioned, but it says the other one is only 128GB when it should be 250GB?
I've gotta get my internet up and running first!
