Yeah was ages ago that, but they stopped em again not long after, now stocking them yet again it seems, i'll start then, my predictions around 6 months before they stop again.

Nothing wrong with XFX imo.

Except for 4 years ago loads failed which XFX refused to honour the warranty on. OcUK very kindly refunded those users (one of which was me) the full purchase price.

Quoted for truth!! If you've ever had to deal with XFX customer services in the UK, it's an experience you wouldn't want to repeat.

I'd be happy to buy an XFX card as long as the warranty was handled by the retailer and not have to deal direct with XFX.

My only ever XFX card was a XXX overclocked edition and was clearly not tested, went straight back.

when my bfg card started overheating too much(still worked but went over 100c) i sent it to bfg and it got replaced all within 9 days.

when my xfx card stopped functioning.....i couldnt even get a reply out of them.

i had a xfx 6600gt bought from ocuk

totally dead even windows screen was pink & green. and rest missing

ocuk tested and agreed and sent to xfx. xfx said its perfect. OCUK retested it. No XFX its not. XFX said no its fine. (after a 2 weeks of this) OCUK sent me a 7600GT BFG OC and set the bill to XFX ha.

Only ever sent one card back to XFX but that got sorted straight away. My experience with EVGA (highly recommended by most) has been the opposite - imo they are terrible. Horses for courses I guess.
