how could someone do this?

Its called humanity, we are a world of sick, twisted and unstable beings with few morals and even fewer tolerances.

For human see parasite, the simalarities are scary!
 
thats horrible. it also makes me wonder because so many people have started buying staffordshire bull terriers now since the pitbull was listed as a dangerous dog. they only use them to make themselves look tough, and train the dog to act inappropriately.
these kind of people do not deserve to own any type of pet.
 
That is just disgusting. Words totally fail me on how to express my anger, dismay and sadness for such a barbaric act of cruelty.

To tie the dog so tightly it restricted the poor animals movement is sickening, but to then muzzle the poor animal to stop the barking and then set him/her on fire is just sickening.

Totally un-acceptable, there is something wrong with humans, we are the meanest, coldest and sadistic race ever at times, and reading these stories always saddens me. I do not want to even look at the pictures, just knowing it has happened is horrendous enough for me to feel sickened and saddened. Totally outrageous, I shall now go home tonight and hug my dogs, and thank myself to have such wonderful animals in my possession.

I'm not actually disgusted if I'm honest. I expect it from people. If we're capable of the holocaust then why would people even raise an eyebrow to this.

I wonder how many people died of aids, malnutrition or treatable diseases yesterday. Bet not one of you batted an eyelid about it.

True enough, but it's just the shock factor of one incident mostly. Strange thing is the human mind... We kill hundreds in a war, yet one dog is set on fire and we all scream and shout about, me included. Good point raised there..

But still, it was very wrong.
 
Its one thing to kill our own kind, but why do we have to harm others that share this planet too ? I for one think there are far too many people on this planet anyway, so if person A wants to kill person B, well i'd not have a problem with that, beyond the moral point that is.
 
Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I can't think of words to describe my feelings towards the person/people who did this. It's just sick :(

Edit: I am also a dog owner and lover, so no jokes here please, my banhammer may slip when I'm angry.
 
I’ve just read that in the papers, some “people” (and I use that term very loosely) make me physically sick. :(

This is defiantly a case of the punishment fitting the crime.
 
It's disturbing that the frequent occurence of such events is beginning to lose the shock factor now. Shows that there is definately something wrong with this World, and it's getting worse before improving. :(

IF they somehow do get the person/s responsible for this crime, what sort of punishment do you think they will get in our court of law, a few years in prison, a fine....

Would it be enough ? i dont think so.
