How did you come up with your username?

I kinda fancy a new username but A) I can't think of one and B) I'm too scared to open up a suggestions thread as they never end well for the OP! ;D
 
well I got FNG from a book I read and it stands for ****ing new guy, and I figured anything I am signing up for I would be relatively new at and then either FNG was taken or the username had to be longer than 3 so I aded my name on the end (lazy)
 
I used some name generator thing and it came up with something like Aggressive Squirrel, I changed it to Scary Squirrel because it slipped off the tongue better :p

There's only one other person who I've seen use it, and that's on Xbox Live, hence why I am ScarySquirrelUK on there.

I've also used LeSquirrel when ScarySquirrel isn't available/too long.
 
15 years old trying to decide on a username for IRC. Rummaging through kitchen cupboards lead me to a Pack'a'soup... with croutons.

Just watched a certain film. Can you guess what it was? Signed up on the forum the next day.

I don't use this name on any other forums or anything.

I need to say it now, since the opportunity arises, but I always read your name as Ed Gay because of the capital letter. I'm sorry bro.

Mine came about as I was asked to pass my friend a drink. My name is Dev (no I'm not indian or dutch), and he randomly said "Devrij Devrij, pass me a beverage" simply because he was sloshed and wanted my name to rhyme with beverage. It stuck so now I'm Devrij everywhere. Now I have to explain to people that I'm not Dutch.
 
Back when I got introduced to IRC I needed a good nick, and came up with a really crap one that was a stupid combo of words. I needed something a bit more sensible but still cool sounding and liked listening to Jean-Michel Jarre a lot at the time. Although a lot of people call me Oxygen or Oxyclean, I still enjoy it!
