I was browsing some newsgroups (c2001 iirc) when one of the posts mentioned OCUK in a less than encouraging light. I did some research out of curiosity and the rest is history.

I remember being annoyed at the time at AMD had gone back to performance rated speeds on the Athlon XP processors. That and jumping on the "eXPerience" bandwagon.

I was looking for advice on overclocked Athlon Slot A's, and ended up on here.

I think I still have the motherboard for that Athlon in the loft, and one of the first cases I bought from OCUK in the garage (it's waiting to go to the tip, an ignoble end to a classic 802).

Live nearby, was recommended to go to the shop by a friend of my dad's. Came onto the forums for advice, never really left.

The quality of the forum is spot on.

Use to buy from OCUK, they had the best prices at the time. Then they screwed me over. But the forums are great which I clicked on one day while bored.
