How do I auto startup MSI Afterburner?

I really need it to fully auto start by itself for my fan profiles, however it is always stopped by the annoying windows 7 UAC messages. Is there anyway to bypass this at all?

I've tried various ways and no amount of administration privileges will stop it

click the settings button at the bottom of the window then tick the box start with windows and start minimized

also turn UAC off as its pants control panel > user accounts and family safety > user accounts > change user account control settings and pull the tab thing to the bottom of the meter

Cheers. I don't think there is a work around so I've just turned it off as you said. I haven't had any weird programs try installing on me without my say so so I guess its use is pretty questionable.
