Hi all,

I bought a second monitor recently that I'm having as my main display. I've got 2 GTX 980ti nvidia graphic cards.

When I booted up the computer I went to setup the monitors and I have set the new monitor as primary. But when I booted up again this morning windows flashed up a message saying the primary monitor isn't setup to get the sli focus.

I'm now looking at the nvidia control panel in 'Set up multiple displays' and it has my main monitor as 1 with a * sign in the top right, which says primary display. But on the smaller number 2 monitor it has a square at the top left saying focus display.

I'm thinking I have to get the focus display square on to the 1 monitor too?

I looked at the Win10 display options and the make this my primary option is greyed out on monitor 1, and on the smaller monitor its available but i haven't checked it.

So how do I set the focus display to the newer number 1 monitor too?

Hmm its murphy's law that as soon as I make a post I fixed it lol.

I disabled sli and then re-selected Maximise 3D performance, and it auto selected my main monitor. So now I've got both my primary and focused displays set as the main number 1 display.

Thought I'd update the thread in case anyone else has that question.
