how do I check if I have llu in my area?

cheers. well I checked today, I got the bt tester to work finally and it all looks reassuring

it says I can get over 7mb dl but the actual speed hasnt changed... I mean will I find a significant jump in 3 days time? or shall I just contact bt?

ok well today I have noticed a new speed for my broadband (yeeey!) and here are the results :S

ok a few questions

will this be my final speed even though my max speed etc says 7.616 but Im getting 2mb slower than that :S will the ip profile change again or should I contact bt?

Thats what I found from aaisp, Im not sure what these have to do with me... my dsl connection rate, is that my sync rate yes? so couldnt I get a 7392k sync rate? which would give me 61/2M

is it right that I have 1 1/2mb less than the max speed? I thought the actual throughput would be a bit more than that? when I was on the 2mb profile I was getting 200kb less than the max speed :S
