How do I copy from HTML to word and retain formatting?

Have tried the standard copy/paste but all that happens is that it pastes the text but not the formatting and boxes...

Anyone got a solution?

open the .htm file directly in word. then save as .doc?

Neither IE or Firefox will save as a Word file (unless newer versions can do this...) - copy, copy special will not retain formatting...

Right click in browser- > view source.

Copy source HTML into a text file, save the text and open in word.

Open the web page directly from Word.

Yeah, you guys were right - it didn't work becasue i was using an older version of MS Word at work...

will have to use a newer one, but should get the result in the end...
