I already have windows xp installed and I'm going to buy a 500Gb 6Gb/s HDD plus windows 7 64 bit. I want to retain my installation of windows XP - at least until I know all my software is compatible. Is it possible to load winodws 7 on the new drive and have the old windows XP 32bit on the old drive and dual boot into either system as needed?
