How do i disable CEIP?

Alright guys,

My vista just finished updating to SP1 and i stupidly enabled the Customer Experiance Improvement Program (CEIP) on pop up

Can someone tell me how to disable it? As the MS site is really poor on the instructions on how to.

Click start, type 'Problem', hit Enter, and the CEIP settings are at the bottom-left.

the MS site goes on about running the gpmc.msc, which doesnt run on sp1 or failing that using an answer file.
