How do I enable Intel Quick Sync?

I have an Intel Sandy Bridge i7 2600k, Gigabyte Z77X-D3H motherboard and I use the graphic chip built into the mobo to drive my two monitors.
I've Googled for over an hour but can't see how I enable it.

Any help appreciated.

It's automatically on as long as you're using the inbuilt GPU. All you need to worry is if the software you're using supports it.

Apparently the new version of Handbrake supports it but I don't see much difference!
