How do i find out what ram i have :(

I have 2 gigs worth of samsung ram with a sticker that says 5300 or 5400 cant remember exactly. I want to upgrade to 4 gig as 2 just aint cutting it.

I dont mind buying 4 gig from OC if its easier.

Urmmmmm and i know its ddr2 lol

Download cpuz, http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Click on the spd table, and this will list the make, model of your ram and give you a part munber that you can google.
