Hi,

I have just bought my wife a 10" Kindle Fire HD with Alexa built in. We have Amazon Prime and also a Firestick with the TV. We can call up virtually any music on the Firestick Alexa but when we use the tablet it says we need to purchase music unlimited even for same music that comes up immediately on the Firestick. Our Amazon accounts are linked and we both get the free deliveries and Prime benefits so although the tablet has been registered in my wife's name I would have thought that the music would be available as it is on the Firestick. Is there some way I need to link the tablet to our Amazon Prime account? Any advice would be appreciated.

Prime music doesn't share between household accounts.

Note:

  • Prime Music, Prime Reading, the exclusive £2 off pre-order and newly released video games, and Prime Video Channels content are not sharable.
