How do I get Sound from my TV to my AMP if the freeview is built in ?

I have a Onkyo 805 amp and a 42" LCD. The freeview is built inside my TV and I am confused to how I can get sound from the TV to the AMP.

Any ideas ?

What tv is it? Some have audio outputs.

all depends on the tv/connections. my last few tv's have just L/R out but newer ones may be different

My TV has phono outputs so I use that but it'll depend on the TV. Some have optical out as well.

Final option is use one of the SCART sockets and get a SCART out-> 2 phono lead.
