How do I post a screenshot on this forum

Hit the print screen button.
open up paint.
hit the paste button, resize the image to say 800X600 and save it.
go to an image hosting website, I use Photobucket.com, and upload it.
you are then given a few links, one of which looks like
just copy and paste the whole link including the brackets into your post.
