How do I post screenie?

I am a n00b and am not sure this is the correct thread for this but how do I paste a screen shot in these forums?

I can't seem to paste any type of file at all...

You need to upload the image to some webspace or somewhere like http://www.imageshack.us. Then put the link in e.g.

http://www.image.com[ /img]

But without the space in the closing img tag.

Thanks! But I have seen posts that are not linked to a picture hosting site. The screenie is embedded directly into the post. I would ideally like to be able to do this.

You can't here, that features been disabled to save bandwidth.

Vector, even if the image is shown in the thread instead of there being a link to click it's still hosted elsewhere.

If the images are all hosted elsewhere, where is the below example screenie hosted? THere doesn't appear to be an external link.
