I have got this far...

Author Unknown (2008) Birthday Honours List, London Gazette, 58729, p.13

This is right so far, as far as I am aware apart from the author unknown as I obviously need to put an author down!

The problem is, the London Gazette is written by "Authority" but surely I shouldn't just use that?

This is the PDF:

http://www.gazettes-online.co.uk/Vi...type=Supplement&all=&exact=&atleast=&similar=

That is the page I am using, and this is the front:

http://www.gazettes-online.co.uk/ViewPDF.aspx?pdf=58729&geotype=London&gpn=1&type=Supplement

What do I put down in my referencing where is says Author Unknown?

I believe that in the case of you not knowing the author you put down the name of the publication - in this case the London Gazette.

As far as I remember from my degree, yes - I have done things much like that and never had any complaints.

Last minute touches to something in today?

Nah for Tuesday, just editing and tidying up the essay. Only another 500 words to add though which is good :)

Thank you.

No worries - hope you get it finished in time! :)

Thank you :)
