How do I remove partition is Disk Management?

My spare 500GB Samung drive has now been connected to my main PC. I want to format it and leave it with just one main 500GB partition.

However, because it USED to be a boot drive for Windows 7 on another machine, it shows within Disk Management as being 2 partitions - 101MB and 465.66GB.

How on earth do I remove this tiny partition?

Thanks for the help Liam - managed to sort in Windows in the end.

PS, sad ending to this one - drive is now dead!!

Hey guys, thanks, but don't worry! Had barely anything on it, and is about to be sent off for RMA...
