How do I remove the radio from a 306?

I've just bought a new CD player for my car and I am intending to install it my self, I just have no idea how to remove the old radio. It's the Clarion one. (is it ok to ask this)?

Also is it easy to install a new CD player? I assume it is just a few plugs. This is the radio I bought, http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/...nt=&CarSelectorCatalogId=&CarSelectorGroupId=
I got it for £100 off ebay.

Installing a new one is easy so long as you have the right vehicle to ISO converter cable.

I had a look and there is no holes around it.

If you look carefully you can see the small gaps. The prongs may need some serious wriggle to catch the clip on the cage holding the stereo in, but it ll come out

Thanks everyone, hopefully it should be here by the weekend so I'll give it a go. I refuse to pay £40 for someone to do it for me!
