how do i remove write protect from an Micro SD Card ?

ive tried the diskpart way and format but nothing works just fails and still says write protected on x2 16gb micro sd cards from what i had in my phones and i dont know how this happens or how to unlock it so i can format them, please if any one knows an app or something that would be awesome

If it's encrypted when you use diskpart to delete the partition use override so...

Delete partition 1 override

If you are using a microSD to SD adapter, make sure the Lock switch on the left side of the adapter card is slid up (unlock position). You will NOT be able to modify or delete the contents on the memory card if it is locked.

That's because it's force

Delete partition 1 force

Did that change from when diskpart was fdisk? I'm sure It was override in fdisk. Meh im getting old these things are hard to remember.
