How do i reset the Killswitch on my router?

Basically the Killswitch on my dd-wrt flashed router works as it should(when the VPN drops so does the internet access
What I am after is how do I get the router to reset the killswitch/vpn ?

The above is needed as part of the ovpn setup,do I just add/delete something to get it to reset/try again?
