How do I RMA with MSI?

I have a graphics card (280x) I bought from another store. It's MSI branded and lately it's played up completely, considering it's a year old and wasn't cheap, I would like to return it. Where do I call/send it to, the store I bought it from or MSI? What is normally the procedure?

I had an issue with my motherboard recently, i had no store to contact so i contact support directly at:

[email protected]

Let them know what the issue is and they will tell you to send to the netherlands for RMA. Their uk RMA site is for Laptops only.

I also believe you have to send it to the Netherlands at your own cost and can take between 10-25 days.

I have to them there twice recently, both took around 7-9 days, assuming delivery to them in 3 days, i'd say thats pretty good.

go here http://www.msi.com/support, my support issues were sorted out with no problem
