How Do I Set a SATA Drive To Boot Windows?

Hi All

I have a brand new SATA drive, but cant get it to boot as C:\

The PC i'm putting it in is saying that there is no drive there.

It's an NF7-S mobo and I've got a floppy disk drive but no driver floppy to go with it.
