The bios in your other machine is probably configured differently, for instance it's unlikely to boot if you have the drive configured to boot in CSM but your new machine is configured for UEFI. You will need to configure your new machine to boot from whatever setting you have in your old machine to recognise the boot drive.

But note that, depending on the version of Windows, it still may not boot if the new motherboard hardware is very different from the old one. You will probably also have an 'interesting' time sorting out the licencing after a change of motherboard.

A bit more info on where in the boot process the failure is would help in troubleshooting. Do you get the bios screen no boot disk message? Does windows start to load and then give an error?
