How do I transfer the license from 1 360 to another?

So say I decided to sell my old Felcon 360 and buy a new Jasper Model how do I transfer the license from my old 360 to my new one so downloaded content that's registered to my old 360 will work on my new one?

I'm sure I read a while ago that there was a way to do it.

As long as your console is online, the content will work anyway. The thing you have read about is for the content to work offline. Without the license transfer your content becomes "demo mode" unless you are online on XBL.

As long as your console is online, the content will work anyway.

As long as your console is online and your gamer profile is signed in, content is available.

If anyone else that uses your Xbox on a separate profile wants to use the game, you either need your profile signed in all the time, or use the DRM tool.
