So? How do i update my bios? Is it safe?

Motherboard - Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H F8 Bios

Use a USB thumb drive and enter the BIOS, click on Qflash and follow the instructions.

Yeah, but Im sure (think) you must have the file on a FAT32 partition.
