How do I use quidco? slightly confused?

dont think ive ever had cashback not track through quidco, maybe your cookies are set up wrong if 40% are not getting their money

So you think over 40% of users have altered their cookie settings from default? I don't think a single person in the history of the internet has ever not had cookies set up properly.

I just had an email from Quidco confirming my Sky purchase, I thought it was a scam so logged on to fire off an email cancelling everything and getting details.

But it seems it is a legitimate email, I bought Sky last year in October and they've only just decided to track and pay!

Very odd.

So don't use it then. What's the problem?

Besides, considering the sheer number of retailers etc on Quidco and TCB, I find it hard to believe that there isn't at least something on there that most people would benefit from.

No problem, just pointing it out.

Geez, I'll leave you with your precious Quidco. I feel like I've stumbled into a Church of Scientology. I wasn't mocking you, or even Quidco.

RELAX GUYS. IT'S JUST A WEBSITE.

Jesus.

god damnit, i bought virgin media through quidco about 2 months ago on the basis i was suppost to earn £150, it didnt show up atall so i opened a claim, now they're saying declined cashback after 2 months waiting.

Unlucky, i've just been paid my money from Virgin which i got around early July :)

Hmm looking at it, I make more money through Google Adsense than I do through cashback on quidco lol. £26 was earned last month, this month is on £6 so far.

I need to remember to use the cashback sites when buying stuff and that's the problem as I tend to quickly buy then realise after!

I have a question about Quidco as I've just started using it. My girlfriend booked a hotel on the Hilton site for her parents and since I'd just signed up to Quidco I told her to login to my Quidco then go through and book it. It was supposed to be something like 15% cashback. It says it's tracked in Quidco but this was a month ago now and it hasn't confirmed. Considering it was bought on her credit card and in her name (not mine), am I likely to actually get it?
Anyone? :)

I got an insurance quote through admirals website and thing the policy was about £300 then exactly the same policy through topcash back was £375 and £20 cashback....so overall and increase. This is not topcashback this is Admiral doing this.

Got £131 pending on topcashback for my voda 12 month contract, which is more than 3 months for free :)

Is it really worth doing cashback for contracts when redemption is usually 9-10months free? I get £250 back in redemption from my HTC Desire contract from dialaphone.

No point being passive-aggressive when you're the person who came into the topic with nothing to add to it.

it may be a case of them confirming after the date of your stay, to stop you cancelling.

if its tracking with the right amount then it will be fine, at least in the sense that it will be easy to sort out if it isn't automatically paid out.

40% seems massively high, I've only ever had one issue and I think that is related to changing proxy half way through the sale.

It's the best offer for the phone I wanted; got it for under sim free price on a 12 month contract with 900mins/ulimited texts/500meg internet :)

It depends on the deal. There is normally nothing stopping you from getting redemption and cashback through quidco/tab. Obviously make sure it is the same deal as some companies are being shifty (as admiral for example) but most of the time it'd fine.

In fact, I added to it by pointing out possible flaws in your beloved Quidco. Just because I didn't participate in the circle-jerk doesn't mean I wasn't adding to the thread.

I suggest you direct your attention to those who decided that it would be useful to post sarcastic replies to my post. Or your own post.

Nonetheless, enjoy your extra pennies.
