How do i make my media drive with no partition ??

All drives are empy ( Backed up most of my stuff)

If you've got everything you need off E: & F: just right click on each in turn and select delete, that should give you the full drive as unpartitioned space. Just right click again in there and select New (partition or volume, not sure which it says) and follow the wizard, when it asks to format it make sure NTFS is selected as the file system and select Quick Format.
