It dont work and its not to do with booting up without driver signing.
You can use Rivatuner 2.05 but it wont actualy Stress test card, but will apply a overclock after running a tiny test to see if driver accepts (it will refuse a major overclock if unstable).
You can also retain these clocks on next boot up.
