How do pc get so dusty

i know they attract the dust but my question is the house is spotless no dut and still the pc finds dust.....mmmmm wonder why lol.
 
lol what i meant to say is where does all the dust come from...and say spotless well not exactly dust free....but cant work out where it all comes from lol i know its a stupid question.
 
i remember cleaning out a friend's pc a while back and there was like an inch thick layer of dust along the bottom of the case i'm not exagerating i grabbed one end and pulled it out like a carpet :eek: 5 years without cleaning it once apparently

Unless your house is an OR in a hospital it isn't spotless and even if it was there would still be some dust.

Dead skin is one of the main dust contributors and everyone has that.

A clean house != dust free.
 
you know when you have bright natural light coming through a window when you look through the light beam you see lots of particles floating around like dust and skin.
If you have intake fans on the front of your PC its just acting like a big hoover for all those little particles. Hence the build up insidfe your PC, and these particles are always present. So however clean your house is it will still pick them up.
 
In my old pc at the bottom of the case below the hard drives was a spiders web! No idea how they got in, guessing through the vent holes in the front of the Sonata 2 case door or something. They must have liked the heat.
