How are these babies clocking chaps?

Im thinking about getting one until Conroe are plentiful. (please dont waffle about them :D )

Cheers,

They clock WELL. An absolute steal and will clock the same as EVERY other x2 you can buy.

Cooler shouldn't reeeeeeeeeeeally matter too much. It should hit 2.6 pretty easily even with the stock HSF, most reach between this and 2.8. It's pot luck really :p

Oh, and I claim you for my noob farm!

Built a few, o'ced a few. Most did about 2.7-2.8GHz, quite a few on stock volts and cooling too. My main AMD is an Opteron 165 @ 2.8Ghz 1.41v. Maybe, since i haven't touched a Venice Athlon in a while, you might get a later core and overclock more? I've built a few AM2 systems but never o'ced em, are they any better?

I'd only be guessing, but since they're later silicon the process might be a bit more refined and you may overclock a bit better than 939 models, however i don't think they went much past 3GHz on air?

I mean specifically AM2 though.

Really DO NOT use roll eyes unless you really mean it. You'll twist a lot of nipples very quickly that way.

I was simply trying to help.

AM2 and 939 overclock results should be identical seeing as they're exactly the same cores, just with a different amount of pins for the socket.

Robbo.. robbo.. from somewhere forums maybe? :p

Theres been 3 Robbo's before you, all have been permabanned

edit:
