I really like the look of this logo

Can any of the graphics gurus on here suggest how it might be achieved or send me a vector file if that is easier than explaining it. Thanks

Looks like, make a circle of circles, then distort it somehow, either using a 3d modifier or some kind of pinch/other after effect.

In photoshop i'd create a circular path, stroke it with a round brush (modified to give the spacing) then transform/skew/perspective the layer to the desired angle.

tis very easy to do, all you do is using photoshop make a circle of circle like someone has said, then press control t, which will alllow you to free transform, then right click on the circles and click distort, or perpesctive (i forget which is best), and pull the way you want it and done
