How do to test motherboard and cpu before giving to friend?

Lol while ot was working selling it is my intention now my intention is to get it working, I love how you judge me without reading a thread properly

Read the thread, sounds fishy, gave my opinion... Much like this next guy

In your other thread, you say you are 'selling it' and want to know about serial numbers etc also covering it for shipping damage
Yet in this one, you giving it to a 'friend'??

If it is a friend, surely (dont call me shirley) you trust him/her?

I wouldnt be going to all this hassle to 'give to a friend', i would say "here you go, not sure if they work or not.... They did but cant guarantee it"
But if you are selling it to a 'friend' (made a buddy on that popular auctioning site?) if you haven't said its working you are ok, could list it as parts/not working?

Back OT, looks like its the motherboard...
I received a motherboard (also gigabyte) from a shop that as a relationship in name terms to a rainforest, the pins was bent on the mobo (no pins on the cpu) and the pc wouldnt boot
Fans would spin for a second then go straight off
Sent it straight back..
If i were you i would sell...sorry give your friend the cpu and not bother with the mobo

You shouldn't judge people :P

Ok...

Ocuk don't allow postings about competitors, hence my 'friends'.
Secondly I would like to say that The entire reason I am posting this is to make sure that my motherboard works properly hence why the title is to test motherboard and CPU I was planning on selling it until recently I found out that it completely broke which is why I am asking information how I can fix it so if you would like to help me then please post if you would not then don't.

Finally I would like to say that I am asking regarding the serial numbers for the CPU to make sure that my CPU does not get replaced by scammer on the certain auction website in which there are many many scammers and con artists who try and replace/return the product after 30 days, any more qs?

And now to rid your mind off any fishing activities I would like to ask what anyone recommends me to do with my faulty motherboard do you think gigabyte will accept our RMA? How should I ask, phone or email best?
