I wanted edit my avarta - but cannot add a pic there is no option ??

USER CP > Edit Avatar, up in the top left corner.

You didn't read the FAQ did you?

You can't have custom avs, only ones available depend on your postcount.

yeah, you need a minimum of 100 post's before the option to add a Avatar is in the User CP - edit Avator
