How do you check to see if CPU is overclocked?

Just done it, saw the bios loaded it and it's worked. My CPU-Z is showing 4.6mhz.

Now onto my next question.



Does having my cpu overclocked, screw it any way? Like, when I'll game i'll play for 4-7 hours. Should I limit my play? Or can I just play away?

Just play away, as the cpu is within its voltage and temperature limits you be fine.

You should be ok, Ocuk recommend not going over 1.425v

Aslong as i don't change any settings and just game away, it wont do that right?

Nope, it will be fine as it is

Indeed, it will stay at pretty much what you see, it my change slightly but don't panic, i.e. 1.370 or may even drop a little
