How do you clean a Tuniq Tower 120?

...That's about the only way I can ask it. I took a look at it recently and there is a fair bit of dust between all the fins and on the stock fan.

I want to be thorough with this, so fire your suggestions away, guys.

Also I'm getting tired of the stock fans in my Antec 300. I've already got 2 Xilence Red Wings intaking at the front. I may get two more for side and back, but I know nothing about 140mm fans so what fans is "good" (and no louder than 21dB) to go on the top as exhaust. I also noticed my Tuniq Tower gets very close indeed to that top fan so is that even useful or is it harming airflow?

Hope I've given enough information. Thanks for any help you may offer.

The Tuniq is a pain to clean, like already said run it through with water, but dry it straight away with a hair dryer, I left mine to dry and ended up with this white chalky stuff
( corrosion?) on some of the fins. Obviously take off the cowling and fan first ;)
