Apart from going to the cinema for the odd good films, how do you watch movies/TV shows?

Honestly can't remember the last time I watched anything on my TV start to finish. I always watch on my phone with earphones. Just find it way more convenient and comfortable when lying in bed.

Edit: how do you make a poll?

With ketchup...oh wait this isn't the 'la cuisine' forum

On a serious note, plan old TV.
Never on phone, screen to small.
Don't watch TV in bed really.

Poll has to be made for you, by mods.

No way on earth am i watching a movie on a phone. Way too small.

I use a 43 or 55 inch TV or 75 inch Projector for movies / shows.

Sometimes shows on a laptop or tablet.

But the phones are a total last resort.

Mostly on the TV. We haven't been to the cinema since covid (The Invisible Man was the last film we saw) and we used to go maybe 2-3 times a month. Though we've since had a child so cinema trips and basically impossible at the moment.

If it's something we both want to watch, I'll watch it in the livingroom with my partner. If it's just something for me I'll either watch it in the shed when I am on the bike or on the iPad

TV. Binge watch.

The phone is only for YouTube at most.

Very, very rarely go to the cinema as it's usually full of noisy, eating, phone swiping annoying horrors, otherwise known as the public.

Background noise shows - On the second monitor at home while I do something else.

Active watch stuff on a projector straight up to my ceiling in bed.

Occasionally I'll watch something on my phone, but that'd be more if I'm travelling or somewhere where it's the only options.

Depends on the media, my phone gets used for music and audiobooks but for movies/tv shows I use a 65" tv.

I'd never watch anything like that on my phone, tiny screens aren't enjoyable to me in the least, hell I don't even watch youtube on my phone.

I do like the odd trip to the cinema, but it's rare now at once or twice a year.

I only use a TV/Monitor as I can't watch anything on a phone as its just too small.

I don't pay for a TV license as I haven't watched any UK terrestrial TV in about 10 years at a guess (no aerial plugged in, don't use iPlayer etc) so all my content comes from either youtube, direct subscription (Patreon etc) or TV subscription like Amazon/Netflix. Whenever I'm in a relationship I find it the most boring thing in the world to watch the missus just "zone out" watching Eastenders or Corrie etc whilst she fiddles about with SM on her phone, I'd rather be watching something where you can actually learn stuff instead but I'm the bad guy who never wants to "spend time together" apparently - woah that got off track reallllly quickly there, sorry :D

Although I watch everyone on a TV, it's not being used as a conventional TV, in other words it has no aerial or internet connection. It's connected to "media" PC and is used as a monitor.
