Voted pc, tablet, tv and it’s that order of frequency usage. Very occasionally use my phone too like I am now but it’s rare.
 
For TV or Movies, always on my Monitor or TV, if I'm watching either or I like to get immersed, if I'm out or on break I'll watch YouTube on the phone but that's about it
