How do you control your anger

I tend to keep it all built up, drink a shedload and either shout at people or throw it out with reps on resistance bands (can't afford to order in free weights :D).

As I have a history of depression, however, I can sometimes be like The Hulk - I'll go mental occasionally at the smallest things, letting out a torrent of rage which can make the other half quite scared. Regretful, but it helps get some of it out, in a way. I can't figure any other way to do it and have nowhere to hang a punchbag. Instead, I'll occasionally get drunk and wail on a thick pillow for a bit.
 
I dont i just get arsey :D to old for fisical stuff but then i was never the kinda person to punch stuff or distroy stuff even when i was a kid.
 
I used to have a very short temper, I used to enjoy boxing or my punch bag, I have no feeling in parts of my right hand due to losing my temper as a young 'en :(
I'm now, so laid back and relaxed all the time I very rarely lose it.

Punch people repeatedly in the face.

If you're getting annoyed, walk away from whatever is annoying you and have a cuppa tea, or get a shower, go for a walk, go for a jog, or get a punching bag.
 
Rub my hands on my head and face very hard and scream loud inside my head (when at work).. that's the only time i get angry really.

i think everyone should express their anger like this LMAO

but on a serious note. if anyone makes me angry, i usually give them the silent treatment.

That kid has serious issues... =/
