How do you do this?

I seem to see quite a lot of this art on Myspace and places like that, just wondering if you can get a program or plug-in that can come up with this sort of picture... or is that wishful thinking... ? i would like a pic of me in that style

Photoshops cut out filter will give you something like that, itd just leave you to draw round all the sections in black!
