How do you install network card drivers?

Ive been getting BSODs saying problems with drivers and after running a program to see which drivers are not working or out of date the main one was my atheros AR9285 wireless network driver, after searching for ages to find the driver online i found it on some czech site but now im stuck with a load of inf files, system files etc and i have no clue how to install them, any suggestions?

This is my network card :

Right click my computer>
Manage>
Device manager>
Find the device in the list, right click it>
This specific step changes dependent on your OS but I'm sure you'll find some such option to update drivers from here>
Use the wizard.

If you're not sure which driver is causing your problems, you can disable the device from device manager to allow you to troubleshoot the problem.
