How do you make your 'Smoothies' at home?

I like to add some vanilla icecream also, does that make it a milkshake? Not loads just a decent scoop for texture.

Hand Blender.

Had a proper Smoothie maker once, but all it was really was a blender with a tap on the end so that the smoothie could pour out, but it was a mess to clean.

maybe if you leave it for ages but if you run it under the tap straight away you can just dump it on the draining board until next time.

i make slush puppy drinks in mine 65% ice/35% whatever mix it up and jobs a good un very refreshing aslong as you dont wait for it to melt
