How do you organise your photos easily/quickly?

YYYMMDD Title

e.g.

5DMKII
> 20121225 Christmas Day

This means it's always displayed in correct date order.

I do "year month" folders. Sub folders are then the location of where they were taken. In that folder the raw files are stored and the processed ones in a final "processed" sub folder.

Works for me but an average month will have 3 sets of photos at most.
