How do you overclock shaders with nivatuner?

make sure it's ticked too and restart rivatuner are you xp or vista ?
i think vista is
NVAPIUsageBehaviour to 1
NVAPIShaderClockControl to 1

I am using XP. Do i need to add that line as well? As I am using a 8800 GTS, everything else seems to work except the seperate shaders thing.

I put a light bulb next to it. Never ticked as well, that could be the problem, ill try that when i get home. Thanks

You dont add them it's already there you may have to do the same to the nvapishaderclockcontrol above it in that pic for the 8800gts 320mb.

which drivers are you using ? have you used rivatuner before ? you know how to clock the card right ? you know where to find the shader clock slider?
Reset everything on rivatuner or uninstall and reinstall start it up click on power user
then rivatuner/system and tick nvidiausagebehaviour and put in a 1 on the right then click ok now start rivatuner again and voila you should have the shader clocks in the overclocking section if not i suggest changing drivers.

Its got to be a drivers issue then as I have tried all your said. I understand how you clock it but it doesnt want to play nicely.

How to i check which nvidia drivers ive got installed?

Ok I installed the latest nvidia drivers and the shaders option came on straight away.

My current settings are:
640/1489/1000

What should I push the shaders up to?

My current temps are 61 idle and 86 maxed out.

Is there a temp gauge that i can use with this as at the moment i am using atitool?

Thanks
