How do you solve a paper jam if you cannot reach the paper from either end?

Solve the issue before it starts! before loading the paper flick both ends of the wad of paper like you would a flip book

Sounds stupid but do it and you will be suprised! No more paper jams viola!

an engineer is a bit overqualified, no? A technician would be a more suitable person to call.

Well, they call themselves engineers when they come out, and you do want them to get the job done asap, so you call them engineers when they're within earshot...

get a long stick, wrap loads of sellotape around it (backwards too) then prod the paper until it sticks to it

we had a big £10000 printer in my old work, they insisted on using cheap crap paper in it, so we had to do this quite often :/
