You need to pair devices first.

I think what I did was get the phone to search for available bluetooth devices and it should find the computer. When you try to connect you will be prompted for a passcode on both devices.

You can send files to the phone using right click>send to>bluetooth>phone or send from phone through the menu via bluetooth.

You will need a bluetooth adaptor to send/recieve files to and from your pc, then you will have the "My Bluetooth Places" and then u should be able to get the right click send to blutooth feature.

A one of these?

This extremely ingenious tool enables you to exchange data through your mobile Bluetooth™ telephone or exchange data between various PCs or notebooks with a Bluetooth™ USB adapter. System Requirements:

Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition / Windows ME, Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP or later.

Bluetooth is a short-range wireless connection technology, not really included with PCs as it's designed for mobile devices.

Hence, you need to buy a Bluetooth adaptor much like you would any other network adaptor, and a USB-based one will work fine. Stick it in, throw in the drivers, pair devices, spend seven hours working out how to pair the devices, start again, re-install your corrupted Bluetooth stack, finally get connected, somehow get the phone coming out your PC speakers, and eventually you might be able to get it working :D

Depending on your phone, this is a very neat piece of software. Turns your phone into a totally customisable remote control :)

The K700i has the remote functin built in, u can even control media player :p
Unless the 700 is drastically different to my 600, Sailing clicker adds a helluva lot more and you can write custom scripts/actions etc...pause playing if I walk away from the PC, etc. Great fun :D

How true, how true, then you get it to work, then try again 3 weeks later and have to do it all again, wonderfull technology!

I use a Bluetooth GPS receiver with my PDA in the car, it always conencts without any intervention, why can't PC's and phones do this GRRRRRRRRRRR!
