How do you use custom/downloaded themes for the 360?

Is there a way to use themes you download from the net on your 360 dash?

Press the centre Xbox button on the pad, go to personal settings, then themes.

Big tip, once you find a theme you like you can change the background colour of the blades. Really handy as for some bizarre reason they seem to put an awful background tile on it in most of the themes.

Maybe I should clarify, I don't mean using the default ones or the ones you get off marketplace, I'm talking about custom ones from the net.

As far as i knew they are for the original xbox not 360 - and if they are for the 360 then you;d need the 360 modded or have access to the HDD i would think, so cant be discussed here.
