I use both.
B - i don't see people doing A very much.
i also put a line through my 7's - not sure why i do or why i started doing it - maybe because it makes them easier to identify - useful with my writing.
occasionally i will put a line through a zero, but only when its in a sequence of letters and i need to know its a number and not a letter.

z with a strikethrough because it avoids confusion with hastily written 2s in maths equations. In cursive I also join it up like you would a lower case e, that squiggly thing looks weird
F the right way round. never heard of anyone doing it backwards

Four is B but neater.
Seven has a strikethrough (I used to live abroad where 1 and 7 can be easily confused) as does a non-cursive z.

I used to do A, but since moving to the USA, everyone started mistaking it for a 6, so now i force myself to do the B way.
Yes, you forgot 8.
I've been told I write my 8's backwards, i.e. I write a backwards s and then join the two ends so my pen starts and finishes on the left hand side of the 8.
From what I understand most people do it the other way round.
